Preferred Realtor Responsibilities
Realtor Task 1: Refer seller
If one of your clients is willing to owner finance, or will sell their land contract or note and mortgage, we can help.
WE are the owner fianance experts.
We will meet with you and your seller to discuss options and to educate your seller about the Owner financing process.

Realtor Task 2: Pick up Documents
We request that you arrange a meeting with the sellers to discuss the advantages of owner financing and selling the fianancing.
So the documents need to be COMPLETE.
Remember, TIME is of the ESSENCE
Realtor Task 3: List the Property
You will need to list the property at a price that will generate an offer within 30 days.
Because institutional lending has increased their qualifications, we can be of assistance in consulting your client on owner financing. We are in the business of purchasing owner financing at or shortly after close.
