Jerome W. Ballard
Jerry is the managing Associate Broker for EZ Home Ownership Realty, LLC. Jerry has been active in real estate since 1976 as an investor and as a REALTOR®. Jerry works as the chief negotiator for all short sales managing the negotiation process. Jerry also works directly with home owners and other REALTORS®, educating them on the foreclosure and short sale process.
Jerry is trained in the skilled trades and retired with over 30 years experience as a tool maker for General Motors.
Kevin Ballard
Kevin is a Research Specialist for EZ Home Ownership Realty, LLC. Kevin has been active in real estate as an investor since 1976. Kevin conducts title research and prepares documents critical to the short sale process. Kevin works directly with REALTORS® to ensure that they work with their listing clients for a successful short sale.
Kevin is a skilled wood worker and an accomplished metal worker who takes pride in everything he does.
John H. Grant
John is a full time REALTOR® for EZ Home Ownership Realty, LLC. John has been active in real estate since 1993 as an investor, landlord and REALTOR®. John works in property evaluation and inspection for the short sale process. John also works directly with home owners and other REALTORS®, educating them on the foreclosure and short sale process.
John is educated in criminal justice and retired after serving as a command level police officer and law enforcement trainer for over 25 years.
